Maintenance

All apartments are pre-inspected for quality control before move-in.

No, residents may opt to grant maintenance permission to enter if they are not present.

Yes, maintenance has 24 hour on-call emergency maintenance. All non emergency request are handled in the order/ priority they are received and completed during business hours.

Residents may submit work orders via the online resident portal or call 301-794-6565, then select the option for maintenance.

If locked out during business hours residents can come by the leasing office to get lock-out assistance. If a lock/key needs to be replaced there will be a fee associated with this service. After hours residents will need to contact a lock smith and provide a copy of the new key to the office should a lock be changed.

Amenities

Residents are required to have a parking permit. There is a one time $15 fee for each parking permit. Residents may rent a reserved spot for $75 monthly. Visitors must park in the visitors spot and use the Pango app to pay for parking per hour, or daily. 

Pool, dog park, picnic area and grill station. 

During general Summer Months and daytime hours, pool hours are subject to change.

Yes, Prince George's County breed restrictions apply.There is a $350.00 one-time pet registration fee, and a $45.00 monthly pet fee.

Refrigerator and Stove/Oven Range/Washer Dryers.

Typical turnaround time is between 2-3 business days. Timing may extend beyond the norm due to various reasons.

Rent can be paid online via credit/debit card or ACH, in the office by cashiers check, money order, or personal check, or using WIPS. Online payments are preferred.

Yes, Renter's insurance is required upon move-in. Residents may enroll in the property's master insurance policy for a monthly premium of $21.00

Gas, water, sewer and trash removal services are all included in the rent.
Electric services need to be set up and paid directly to BGE.
